About the Author

Geoffrey Thomas was born in Wales in 1938. He studied at Cardiff University and later trained for the ministry at Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He spent 50 years as a pastor of Alfred Place Baptist Church, Aberystwyth and is the author of several books and numerous articles. Geoffrey Thomas was awarded an honorary doctorate from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2011.
