Andrew J. Schmutzer is professor of biblical studies at Moody Bible Institute. His PhD is from Trinity International University. His writings include, “Cosmic Anthem: The Startling Score of Psalm 148” in Interpreting the Psalms for Preaching and Teaching.

David M. Howard Jr. is professor of Old Testament at Bethel Seminary and has also taught at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. His PhD is from the University of Michigan. His writings include The Structure of Psalms 93-100.
