Dropshipping FAQ

Dropships allow us to fulfill your order or part of your order in a timely manner even when we don't have enough stock in our warehouse.

Dropshipped items ship directly from the publisher to you, and will not be shipped according to our normal shipping schedule. Orders typically ship from publishers within 3-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee that timeframe.

Because the publisher will be fulfilling at least part of your order, the dropshipped part(s) of your order may not ship according to your selected shipping method and you may not receive tracking for them.
